Frankin Street Yoga Center teacher training offers a well-rounded holistic curriculum. It will transform your practice and help you develop an integrative approach to living Yoga. Our program is designed for those interested in deepening their practice, getting a basic certification, or continuing their yoga education. Participants learn to guide Hatha, Vinyasa, specialty classes and mediation. You are taught the principles of alignment and sequencing, which allows you to develop your own practices and style safely and with the desired energetic effect. We find that 1/2 of our group have no intention of teaching and they wanted to participate in the training because they love yoga and wanted to do it more for themselves. This program is our commitment to nourish our community with the benefits of yoga.

Considering our Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher training?

Our 2016 teacher training dates are posted under Teacher Training.

Yoga teacher training with Lori at Franklin Street Yoga Center was a transformative experience for me. I was able to connect with the community and share myself, my love, and my journey through the practice of yoga. The training helped me recommit to taking responsibility for my own physical, emotional, social, and spiritual health. Lori’s kindness, honesty, and humor is a testimonial to her commitment to mentoring our practice and exploration as teachers. Kelty Bailey

Teacher training with Lori was a truly transformational experience. Not only did it deepen and strengthen my practice (as one might expect), but it also deepened and strengthened my confidence in myself off the mat and outside of the studio. I was challenged in a nurturing and supportive way by Lori and by my fellow students. There was a ton of laughter, plenty of sweat and a few good tears. It is easily the best money I have ever spent in my life. My only regret is that it had to end. Shelli Rice
